The same panel specification has to survive a concrete pour, a CNC router and a customs inspection. These are the markets our boards are engineered for.
Plywood is the backbone of modern concrete construction. Our film faced and WBP panels are pressed for the repeated pour cycles that shuttering work demands, while pine and OSB panels cover roofing, sheathing, bracing and sub-flooring on the same site.
We work with contractors and formwork fabricators to hold tolerances, supply consistent thicknesses across the whole order and deliver against a site programme rather than a stock cycle.

Furniture manufacturers need panels that machine cleanly, hold a finish, stay flat and arrive the same way every shipment. We supply decorative faced plywood, melamine board, MDF and blockboard into kitchen, wardrobe, office and shopfitting production lines.
Because colour consistency across a run matters as much as the panel itself, we hold reference samples on file and check each batch against them before it ships.

Packaging is an engineering problem disguised as a commodity purchase. Panel thickness, tolerance, cut size and delivery sequence all feed directly into your line efficiency, so we treat packaging orders as a specification rather than a stock item.
Panels are heat treated to ISPM 15, pre-cut to your drawings, printed with your branding and packed in the quantities your team actually consumes.

Transport and marine interiors call for panels that combine structural strength with certified fire performance and resistance to moisture and abrasion. We supply fire retardant treated plywood, HPL faced panels and heavy-duty film faced boards for truck bodies, containers, rail interiors, ferries and yacht fit-out.
Each project is documented with the treatment and classification certificates your classification society or authority requires.

Send us the drawing or the performance requirement. If our standard ranges do not fit, we will tell you honestly and propose the closest alternative.
