Why Choose Us

A Panel Supplier You Can Audit

Anyone can send a price list. What matters is whether the container matches the sample — every single time.

Own Production Lines

Panel pressing, sanding, film laminating, edge sealing and cutting all happen in-house, so we control the schedule instead of waiting on someone else's.

Pre-Production & Pre-Shipment Inspection

Every order is inspected twice — once at the raw-material stage and again before loading — with written reports and photos issued to you.

Certified & Tested

FSC, CARB Phase 2, CE, ISO 9001 and fire classification documentation are available as standard, not as an exception.

Cut-to-Size & OEM

Your dimensions, your grade, your branding. Panels cut, drilled, edged and printed to your drawing, packed to your sequence.

Mixed Container Loading

Combine several thicknesses, sizes, substrates and finishes in one container so you carry less stock and start with lower MOQs.

Export Experience

Container loading, customs documentation, certificate of origin and phytosanitary paperwork handled by a team that ships these products weekly.

Quality Control

Inspected Twice, Documented Once

Pre-Production Inspection puts the specification right before we press. Pre-Shipment Inspection proves it before you pay for freight. Both are reported in writing.

01

Raw Material Selection

Veneer, glue and film are graded on arrival. Anything below specification never reaches the press line.

02

Pre-Production Inspection

Glue mix, lay-up and press settings are verified and recorded before the first panel of your order is produced.

03

In-Line Monitoring

Thickness, moisture content, density and dimensional accuracy are measured at intervals through production.

04

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Every panel is visually checked and packed at this stage. Defective panels are rejected by our own inspectors.

05

Third-Party Inspection Welcome

SGS, BV, Intertek and your own representatives are all welcome to inspect the goods before loading.

Low-emission panels tested to CARB Phase 2 and Chinese E0 limits for interior use.

CE Marked

CE marking to EN 13986 and EN 300 for structural and non-structural panel products.

ISO 9001:2015

Quality management system audited annually across our production and QC functions.

About Vitop Wood

Plywood Is Our Business — Not a Side Line

Vitop Wood was built by people who have spent their working lives in panel production. We buy veneer, run our own press lines, laminate film and melamine, and load containers from our own yard — so when you raise a claim or change a specification, you are talking to the people who actually make the board.

  • In-house pressing, sanding, film laminating and cut-to-size lines
  • Combined 50+ years of experience across production, QC and export documentation
  • Customers in Asia, Africa, Europe, North and South America and Oceania
  • OEM and private-label production for distributors and industrial buyers
  • Mixed-container loading and consolidated shipping for smaller importers

Customer Feedback

What Buyers Say After the Third Container

The film faced panels we buy from Vitop Wood survive more pour cycles than anything else we have used, and the thickness tolerance is consistent shipment after shipment.

Ahmed K. Formwork contractor, United Arab Emirates

We order mixed containers — three thicknesses of birch ply plus melamine board. Loading is accurate, documentation is clean, and we have never had a claim.

Marek W. Furniture manufacturer, Poland

Their team understood our packaging drawings better than our previous supplier. Cut-to-size packing panels arrive in the order our line consumes them.

Carlos M. Industrial packaging buyer, Chile
FAQ

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

What is the formaldehyde emission grade of your panels?

All Vitop Wood panels can be produced to meet E1, and most ranges are available in E0 and CARB Phase 2. The grade you need is stated on the order confirmation and supported by a test report for the batch we ship.

Which core materials do you use?

The most common cores are poplar and eucalyptus veneer for our commercial plywood ranges, and rotary-cut birch for the Baltic birch range. Core veneers are machine-graded for thickness and are free of overlaps, gaps and delamination.

Do you supply waterproof plywood?

Yes. Our WBP (weather and boil proof) range uses phenolic glue and can be used outdoors or in repeated wet conditions — film faced formwork panels are the most common example. WBP resists weather and boiling water but is not intended for permanent immersion.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Most ranges start at one 40HQ container, and mixed loading is welcome so you can combine several products in one shipment. Smaller trial orders can be arranged for new customers on specific ranges — ask us.

How long does production take?

Standard production is 15 to 25 days after receipt of deposit, depending on the product and whether the order is cut to size or specially faced. Ocean freight adds roughly 10 to 45 days depending on destination port.

Can I get samples before placing an order?

Yes. We provide free samples of standard products — you cover the courier charge, which is refunded against your first order. Custom-faced or specially treated samples can also be produced, usually within 7 to 10 days.

Do you accept third-party inspection?

We welcome it. SGS, BV, Intertek or your own inspector may attend the factory before loading, and we will arrange the access and documentation they need.

Can you produce panels to our own dimensions and branding?

Yes. Cut-to-size, drilling, edge sealing, film embossing and printing your logo or brand onto the panel or the packaging are all standard services. Send us a drawing and we will confirm feasibility and MOQ.
