Film faced plywood from Vitop Wood is built for concrete formwork, shuttering and scaffolding decks. A 120–220 g/m² phenolic film is hot-pressed onto both faces over a WBP (weather and boil proof) glue line, producing a panel that releases concrete cleanly and can be re-used many times over.
Choose brown or black phenolic film for maximum re-use cycles, or melamine film where a lighter surface finish is preferred. Panels can be supplied with sealed edges, cut to size, drilled and branded with your own logo on request.
Every order is checked before it leaves the factory: film adhesion, edge sealing, dimensional tolerance and glue-line integrity are all verified under our Pre-Shipment Inspection programme.

Packaging & Shipping
Panels are packed on export pallets with plywood edge protection and steel strapping. Container loading is supervised by our own QC team, and photographs of the loaded container are sent to you before departure. Cut-to-size, printed and pre-drilled packing is available for industrial buyers.
