Our MDF range covers standard MDF, high-density HDF, moisture-resistant (HMR/green core) MDF and fire-retardant MDF, in thicknesses from 2.5 mm to 30 mm. The homogeneous fibre structure machines cleanly on CNC equipment and takes paint, lacquer and foil wrap with a flawless finish.
MDF is the workhorse substrate behind lacquered kitchen doors, moulded panels, wall panelling, laminate flooring cores, speaker cabinets and shopfitting.
We supply plain MDF, melamine faced MDF and veneered MDF, with calibrated thickness tolerance for high-speed production lines.

Packaging & Shipping
Panels are packed on export pallets with plywood edge protection and steel strapping. Container loading is supervised by our own QC team, and photographs of the loaded container are sent to you before departure. Cut-to-size, printed and pre-drilled packing is available for industrial buyers.
