Define the panel

Include dimensions, tolerances, core, face grade, surface and intended application. If a drawing is available, identify its revision.

Define the order

Include quantity, packing preferences, destination, trade terms and the requested delivery date. Ask the quotation to distinguish product cost and logistics assumptions.

Review before confirming

Check that the quote names the product construction and documents any agreed sample or test requirements. Record accepted changes in the final order specification.
