Laminated veneer lumber is produced by bonding multiple layers of wood veneer with the grain running parallel, creating an engineered timber with far more consistent strength and stiffness than solid sawn timber. Because defects are distributed through the lay-up, LVL delivers reliable, low-variation structural performance and stays straight over long spans.
Typical uses include structural beams and headers, scaffold boards, formwork walers, door and window framing, furniture frames and engineered flooring substrates.
We supply LVL in standard sections and cut-to-length, with sanded or sealed surfaces and species options to suit your loading calculations.

Packaging & Shipping
Panels are packed on export pallets with plywood edge protection and steel strapping. Container loading is supervised by our own QC team, and photographs of the loaded container are sent to you before departure. Cut-to-size, printed and pre-drilled packing is available for industrial buyers.
